I LOVE your Google Form activities, they are perfect for either in-class choice board tasks or homework or assessments. I appreciate that each Google Form also comes with a PDF printed copy of the questions. In an assessment setting, I have my students complete the paper-based problem first and then upload their responses to the Google Form. These Google Forms definitely speed up the grading process. Thank you so much for creating and sharing!

Know that numbers that are not rational are called irrational. Understand informally that every number has a decimal expansion; for rational numbers show that the decimal expansion repeats eventually, and convert a decimal expansion which repeats eventually into a rational number.
