  • difference between convex and concave polygons
  • difference between regular and irregular polygons
  • an area to classify polygons by name, concave/convex, and regular/irregular

An answer key is included.

These digital notes are also great if you are trying to go paperless with your class or your school has decided to go one-to-one!!!

Teacher and student directions are included on how to access and use the slides.

Represent real world and mathematical problems by graphing points in the first quadrant of the coordinate plane, and interpret coordinate values of points in the context of the situation.
Classify two-dimensional figures in a hierarchy based on properties.
Draw polygons in the coordinate plane given coordinates for the vertices; use coordinates to find the length of a side joining points with the same first coordinate or the same second coordinate. Apply these techniques in the context of solving real-world and mathematical problems.
