This is the most effective one I have used! I actually keep this digitally but you can also choose to print it out. Myself or certain students who have leadership in the positions in the class can easily type in the information for any books that students want to "check out". The books are due back in two weeks and it is easy to see who has an overdue book. This, like most of my products, is super simple and easy to use! It is a Google Drive file that can be downloaded to microsoft word or converted to pdf, whatever works best for you.
