Description

Cash in on fun learning while mastering the skill of making change. Knowing how to make change is important. Coin Clue Puzzles - Making Change is loaded with engaging puzzles designed to help students become proficient and confident when changing coins. Clever clues also build logic and deductive reasoning skills.

First figure out the change (with the correct number of coins) that should be received from a purchase. Then add in some extra, designated coins. Finally, put all the coins in correct order according to the given clues.

The book includes 102 puzzles that progress in difficulty level. Appropriate for 2nd through 5th graders.

I used this for distance learning, but had to adapt it myself for Google Slides...not an issue since I'm good with tech. I assigned it to my 3rd and 4th grade gifted math students, they LOVED it!
