Color Coded Reading Comprehension for Google Slides

This color code close reading comprehension activity is perfect to practice answering text based questions. Students will begin by reading a nonfiction passage, then students will answer comprehension questions by dragging color-coded highlighting rectangles to the answer.

Each passage is an informational text about animals.

Titles include:

  • Shark Attacks
  • Ant Rafts
  • Polar Bears
  • Wait is That a Butterfly?
  • Giant Panda
