Description

This is a double-sided notes page used to teach combining like terms. There are 10 examples that increase in difficulty as you progress down the page and can be used as notes examples and guided practice. I teach this concept with colored pencils/markers and shapes so the font is large. On the last two examples, the student is asked to find the perimeter of a polygon using the concept. 4 pages. Key included.

My students were able to use this to do some relearning of concepts that were learned the last year during the pandemic and virtual. It made it plain and easy to understand.

Great practice questions. I took your questions and "snipped them" onto a google slide for distance learning. These were great questions for practice.

That is so great to hear! I am so glad you were able to make these notes work for distance learning! Teachers Pay Teachers has added a digital overlay tool now that can be used on top of any pdfs. I wonder if that might be easier the next time? Since you already own the resource, you can give it a try!
