I actually have a Google Drive folder and each student has their own communication log saved in that folder. You can save this power point file to your computer and then drag and drop into google drive and open it as a Google Slide if you would like to do that. I like that I have access to my information across multiple devices and locations. I don't have to worry about keeping up with a printed sheet or my messy handwriting.
Of course, you can also just print out a copy of this file if you prefer the good ol' pen and paper method.
