I really like this behavior chart because I don't have to worry about keeping the correct month printed. That may seem like no big deal. But this is just one less thing I have to add to my to do list every month. I keep this simple chart on hand, every month the kids get a fresh chart and they fill out the month and the days.

I actually have a Google Drive folder and each student has their own communication log saved in that folder.
