Description
Comparing fractions worksheets are more engaging when they're self-checking color by number sheets!
- On these comparing fractions color by number worksheets, students answer 20 questions, find the solution number (fraction) on the coloring page/section and then color.
- Print and digital versions are included.
Check out the Preview and video demo above to see what's included (the video refers to the ORIGINAL version) and how the digital version works (students will need to know how to use the "Fill color" feature).
The comparing fractions problems require students to:
- Compare 2 fractions with unlike denominators, to choose the larger or smaller fraction
- Compare 3 fractions with unlike denominators, to choose the largest or smallest fraction
- Compare fractions in the context of word problems
This comparing fractions resource download is a zip file with 2 different PDFs:

2) Slides version
- Same problems as and mostly same pattern/coloring as print Version B
- Students type their answers in the answer box
- Students use the ‘Fill color’ bucket to color the shapes
- Questions are not editable (they are in the background) but the shapes and numbers in the pattern ARE movable.
