This READY TO PRINT card sort is the perfect HANDS ON complex numbers practice for your students! You can't go wrong with this activity for students to review complex numbers.
In this card sort, students must add, subtract, multiply, and divide complex numbers. Students will match the problem with the simplified solution. A few of the problems require knowledge of powers of imaginary numbers.
These cards can be matched by students or used to play a game, like memory.
This is a great end of lesson informal assessment. It could also be used as a review before a test or introducing more challenging material.
