Computer Class Rules

The Computer Class Rules visual aid was very helpful in my first-grade classroom. It clearly outlined the expectations for using the computers in a way my students could understand. The simple language and the visual icons next to each rule made it accessible even for students who are still learning to read. It helped create a structured and calm environment because the students knew what was expected of them. They could look at the chart anytime as a reminder, which reduced behavior issues and helped them take care of the equipment properly. Overall, this visual aid supported my students’ independence, improved their understanding of safe and respectful computer use, and helped us have a more productive and enjoyable time in the computer lab.
