2025 Updates! Now including sentence starters on most questions to encourage deeper reflection, as well as updated formatting and additional student feedback fields.

Encouraging reflective practice after cooking labs is easy with this fully customizable Google Form. Also makes grading labs a breeze!

Use with all of your classes with standardized data collection questions including student email, name, hour/period and class name (customize to the hours and classes you teach!)

This ticket guides students through a series of 10 questions that sequentially follow the order of any cooking lab experience. Starting with a name and description of the recipe, the ticket then asks students to specify the techniques and cooking method(s) used, as well as reflect on what went well and needed improvement during the lab. The form also provides an image upload option so students can upload a photo of their completed dish.
