Young chefs will demonstrate their skills using this Kitchen Measurement Lesson Plan! Start off with a kitchen measuring demonstration (instructions included) of proper kitchen measuring skills using the dry vs. liquid measuring techniques. Then, use the Kitchen Measuring Task Cards to have students rotate through their own measuring stations. Reiterate skills and concepts taught in the lesson with a variety of kitchen measuring worksheets.
