Bright, child-friendly, and exciting! These cards can be printed on cardstock or laminated and utilized in many games: tic-tac-toe, bingo, memory (if you make two sets), etc. Print on colored cardstock for even more excitement.

Challenge children to tell you about a situation in which they would utilize this strategy to calm down, or give a situation and ask the child to show you what someone could to do help them calm down.
