I am a Core French trained teacher. I teach Grade 1-8 Elementary Core French. I have taught Core French for 20+ years. My passion is to have Core French become more alive in our schools. I have worked for French teachers nationally and globally. I have presented at several conferences and other sessions. I work with Core French teachers to provide more resources and skills for the dynamic Core French classroom. Since I am not just creating resources but teaching and using my own resources, I often update resources to adapt to any societal or other changes we see in our classrooms every year.

Generic Lotto (Bingo) Card Template for Core French Classrooms
This is a blank lotto (bingo) card to use to practice any French vocabulary you are working on such as numbers, alphabet, specific unit vocabulary, etc. Students can make their own cards out of the vocabulary you are focusing on. French Basics Song List for Core French/French Immersion
A little freebie that will help French primary teachers. I had a few CDs and some iTunes singles that I purchased that I used for songs to help with French basics. But it was a pain to keep switching them back and forth and not have them in a nice order. This list has songs in order of how you can teach your class. Teaching style
I have worked to develop my teaching skills. I love interactive classrooms but I also acknowledge that our students learn in a variety of ways. I try to use all different styles of teaching so that all my students have a chance to learn successfully. I prefer to teach oral language over written language in my classroom - but there is a necessity for both. I aim for 90% oral instruction and 10% written.
