Description
The Creative Problem Solving Task teaches students how to complete the beginning steps of the problem-solving model strategy. It may be used as a whole class lesson, daily journals, or as early finisher lessons. It is meant to be an activity for after students have learned the stages of the Creative Problem Solving Process.
It includes a teacher’s guide, Creative Problem Solving Task Cards: Oceans and Continents, a handout for the Creative Problem Solving Process, student assignment sheets, a rubric, and National Standards for Gifted Education for the lesson. There is also a link to original Google presentation that is editable if you make your own copy in your Google Drive.
