This lab uses Fun Size Milky Way candy bars to model the top layers of the Earth. Students identify and draw their interpretation of the model. Also includes a section on evaluating the model (vital to the Next Gen. Science Standards!) Fits very well in a science journal/interactive students notebook (ISN).
