Description

Looking for homework, classwork, workstations, or sub plans? This interactive math activity will reinforce your students' understanding of decimal place value. By associating specific colors with each place value, students are actively engaged in the learning process and can easily identify and differentiate between ones, tenths, hundredths, and so on.

This place value worksheet has a DINOSAUR theme! There are over 30 problems on a color-by-number picture. The answer key is provided. Although decimal place value is often taught in 4th or 5th grade, I also find it helpful to review this skill with my middle school math students so that they are more prepared for rounding their answers to more complicated math problems.

Enjoy this fun, no prep activity!
