Description
This Daily Behavior Report is recommended for school aged children (PreK-6th grades and SDC students). It is a motivational tool that can encourage and reinforce the behavioral and academic efforts of students during each learning day.
At the end of the school day, the teacher writes the student’s name and date on the report. Then he/she circles, Excellent, Good, Ok, or Poor for the student’s overall behavior and overall academic and/or behavioral effort for the day. Then the printed copy of the Daily Behavior Report is sent home with the student.
By sending this daily report home, parents can become aware of their child’s daily progress. In addition, parents can learn about areas of concern regarding their child, which will then help the parents provide their child with the kind of support and encouragement they need in the home environment.
This report simplifies the communication between the classroom teacher and parents. The Daily Behavior Report allows teachers and parents the opportunity to work together as a team to provide the child with the support, structure, consistency, and encouragement they need to improve behaviorally and academically.

I had to buy it because no preview and not really happy with paying $4.00 for one page that is not editable.
Hi there, I’d be happy to email you an editable version. What is your email?
