Daily Behavior and Homework Chart
Share

Description

Track your students' behavior and homework completion daily with this behavior/homework chart. This is great to send home to parents of any languages. I usually print one of these charts out per week for the student, staple it in the front of their homework notebook or planner, and fill it out at the end of each day. It only takes a minute and is a great way to track behavior throughout the day and have data to show parent communication on a daily or weekly basis. I also have this chart for only behavior recording and only homework recording.

Thanks so much for this! Especially glad it's editable. I'm using it for our homeschool, and changing homework/behavior to heart/work and replacing the subjects with the different parts of our day. This lets me have a more objective way to review the day with the kids and with their dad when he gets home everyday.
