NEWLY UPDATED!

I use this Daily Number for fluency practice in my fourth grade class from the first day of school until the last day! It is the perfect way to get in daily practice with the basic operations, expanded form, and rounding. I also have my scholars read the number out loud and share different strategies for adding, subtraction, multiplying, and dividing as we go over the answers. The entire routine takes less then 10 minutes!

This printable comes with 4 different work mats to scaffold your daily number practice throughout the year. It also comes with two observation checklists that can be used as a quick assessment.

Usage Suggestions:
• Print out pages and put them in sheet protectors for daily fluency practice
• Differentiate throughout the year and/or for individual students or small groups
• Use the Class Observation Checklists to gather data daily, monthly, or quarterly
