This spreadsheet can be used for data collection for your students. In my school district the students take four "benchmark" tests throughout the year using Discovery Education. I use this spreadsheet to show a class's percent of students at each of four levels and the average scale score over the four tests.

Spreadsheet has sample data already entered so you can see how the data works. All you need to do is delete the data in the blue, green, red and purple cells. Pay careful attention not to delete any cells with a formula in them. The graphs will generate automatically.
