This is a helpful resource. I just wasn't sure how to use the one with the X and Check mark. Thanks for creating these documents!!
Thank you for the feedback. The data sheet with the X and checkmark are made for tally behavior in a variety of settings. For example, if you are monitoring a student in a resource classroom and the goal is that he/she would be not interrupt with any more than three prompts, you would put the date you are taking data on and either a checkmark if the student accomplished the goal (even if they had 2 or 3 prompts). However, if the student requires 4 or more prompts you would check the x. Then at the end of the quarter average the students progress on the 10 data checks or how many your took for the accuracy rate of the student performing this skill. If you would like more information, please let me know. I apologize for the delay in my response.
