You can modify the programs worked on per client/student and track to see how many prompts or full prompts were needed for the student. There is a section on the last page to write more detailed notes about what happened during the session. Format is in docx, so it is modifiable to whatever programs you are working on with your student. Examples already given in this data sheet template.
