This resource contains 5 unique decimal worksheets for students to practice decimal operations, place value, and rounding.
On each worksheet, students solve decimal problems while also learning fun facts about animals.
1) Shark worksheet - Write decimals in standard form when given the word form, unit form, and expanded form. (See note below.)
2) Penguin worksheet - Round decimals to the whole number, tenth, and
hundredth.
3) Giraffe worksheet - Add and subtract decimals.
4) Dolphin worksheet - Multiply decimals.
5) Octopus worksheet - Divide a decimal by a whole number (1-digit and 2-digit
divisors). Students divide until there is no remainder.
Note: When a problem is written in unit form, the place values are given in
random order to increase the difficulty of the math problems.
