Description

Students will have a blast reviewing time and measurement with this digital escape room- Escape the Ranch! This digital game is for 3rd grade, and covers telling and writing time to the nearest minute, measuring masses of objects, and solving real-world problems involving time and measurement.

This aligns with Common Core standards- 3.MD.A.1 and 3.MD.A.2.

***UPDATED: 7/15/20 WITH SECOND DIGITAL OPTION FOR DISTANCE LEARNING. There are 2 digital escapes included in this resource, one for the classroom with hidden tasks, and now a second version without printables- perfect for remote learning!

Digital escape rooms are a fun and engaging way for students to review concepts previously learned, and are low prep for the teacher! That's a win-win! ;)

In this digital game, students are searching for Bessie, a lost calf on their Aunt and Uncle's Ranch! However, they may run into some stumbling blocks along the way...

What's Included:

→ The Digital Escape via Google Forms

→ Step by Step Instructions on How to Assign the Digital Escape

→ A Video on How to Assign the Digital Escape to Students

→ Student Response Form (for students to write down their answers)

→ Corn Maze Code, Tap Code, and Word Decoder Printables (which will be hidden around the classroom)

→ Answer Keys


What You'll Need:

→ A Google Email (for the teacher)

→ Any Electronic Device (for students)

How You Will Receive the Escape Room:

Once you purchase this digital escape, the digital breakout and printables will automatically be added to your Google Drive account.

How to Assign the Digital Escape to Students:

You can assign the digital escape in Google Classroom, however, Google Classroom is not required. You can also give students access to the escape using a link. I have step by step instructions with pictures and a video on how to assign the escape (for both methods). ☺
