Prefix and Suffix Practice is here!
Prefixes and Suffixes worksheets, graphic organizers, and activities ready to use. All you need in one bundle! This resource came about when I was looking for resources to teach fifth graders about prefixes and suffixes and realized that their knowledge was limited. So, I made this product so that my students can practice and figure out how to break apart words to improve reading comprehension.
This resource includes: Two products in one!
1. Anchor Charts: One with all the definitions and examples, then three others with prefix, suffix, and root words separately.
2. Worksheets: Prefix determine the meaning and suffix determine the meaning, use the words in sentences, and breaking the words apart to determine meaning
3. Word Sort: Prefix and Suffix
4. Prefixes puzzle activity
5. Suffix cut apart activity
6. Graphic Organizers: two different kind to dig deeper with different words
This resource can be used as a center, word work, or as a mini-lesson/homework.
