Description

This Digital Pythagorean Theorem Activity includes 12 task cards on a Google Form for students to practice their skills with. Students will calculate missing sides of a right triangle (a and b) as well as the hypotenuse (side c) from various real-life scenarios . Whole numbers and decimals are included. Check out the preview for a closer look!

This activity is self-grading, fun and interactive for students! It is perfect for distance learning, independent practice, or a class activity. I used this with 8th graders.

Benefits of going digital?

  • Easy access on any device
  • Students can interact with the activity and save it to their Google Drive for future reference
  • Paper-less ~ Students can submit their work online

FYI: You and your students will need a free Google account to access this activity. This activity can be shared with students through email, a secure classroom website, or Google Classroom. Although this activity can be printed from Google Drive, a printed copy of this activity is not included.
