This digital resources allows educators to teach physical education remotely while still effectively engaging their student and keeping them active! All items are google classroom compatible.
Included in this 2 week challenge is:
1) A colorful PDF that outlines the 5 challenges for students to complete. They include: A Tiktok dance/fitness routine, a "flip a coin" workout, a Kahoot quiz, an indoor scavenger hunt, and a trick shot challenge. There is also *BONUS* mental health challenge included in the google slides.
2) A google doc that provides specific instructions on what the two week physical education challenge entails.
3) Google slides providing in depth details on each challenge (including the mental health bonus assignment), links to videos and examplars, and instructions on what evidence to submit to the teacher (sweaty selfies, time lapsed videos, screenshots, write-ups, etc.)
4) PDF's for the scavenger hunt and coin toss workout
5) A google doc with notes to the teacher
