Distance Versus Time Lab-- Graphing Motion

Students will graph motion of them walking for 40 seconds in 5 second intervals.

At my school, each tile in our hallway is 1 foot in length. Therefore, students count the tiles then multiplied by 30 to convert to centimeters.
Other option would be to place tape on the ground for measurement or give each group a tape measure.
