It's Spring Time! These ten algebra math based logic puzzles are perfect for a simple brain break, brain teasers, Do Nows, exit tickets, or even substitute work! It's no prep and there are 10 puzzles that each have an answer key. I originally utilized these puzzles with middle school students and special education students, but upper elementary students should be able to handle it as well as high school students!

These puzzles operate as a system of equations with Easter and Spring Time imagery replacing common variables. Operations include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Students can use the substitution method to solve, and will always be able to "logic" their way through to solve the equations. However, if they are stuck, even trial and error will get them there allowing them to solve the rest of the way still on their own!
