Description
This packet includes a different page for each rule for students to illustrate. I like to have the students do a different rule every day for the first week. The teacher can then make a class book with the students' illustrations for them to reference. This packet includes the five whole brain teaching rules:
1. Follow Directions Quickly
2. Raise your hand for permission to speak
3. Raise your hand for permission to leave your seat.
4. Make Smart Choices
5. Keep your dear teacher happy.
It also includes the PBIS rules:
Be responsible
Be respectful
Be safe
There is an editable page that you can duplicate to make any rule that you would like to use! You could also use the editable page to allow students to write the rules themselves. This is a great activity to really get your students thinking about the rules of your classroom and committed to following them throughout the year!
