Description
I created this tool to track my own students' data and progress towards their academic goals. It is entirely in PowerPoint and can be customized to include your favorite fonts and clip art. You can even change the background on the cover!
I included 3 sample templates for tracking basic reading, writing, or math goals that can be edited or deleted, whatever fits your needs. I also included a sample template that I used to visually chart student progress. (See preview)
You can copy/paste/delete any slides you need to accommodate for the number of students you have on your case load and the goals they have.
I suggest typing in specific student goals, the tracking frequency, and methods as indicated on their IEPs, then printing the sheets in color. Then, hand write dates data was taken, the student's score, and any other information you want to include as you complete it.
When I use this tool, I also spiral bind the top of each page together with a clear cover on the front and a black backing to make a flip-book style tablet so I could quickly flip to each students' goal sheets and enter/view data. This tool is so professional looking after it has been bound together, I have brought it with me to CSE meetings, parent meetings, and data meetings for quick referencing and have gotten numerous compliments on it. Which is was what prompted me to upload it to my store!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
As always, please inbox me with any questions you may have about my Progress Monitoring template!
