I created this tool to track my own students' data and progress towards their academic goals. It is entirely in PowerPoint and can be customized to include your favorite fonts and clip art. You can even change the background on the cover! I included 3 sample templates for tracking basic reading, writing, or math goals that can be edited or deleted, whatever fits your needs.
