Description
Welcome! I meticulously created this coloring activity to offer a holistic study guide of the physiological pathway of hormones in the endocrine system for my human anatomy and physiology students.
The student coloring starts with the environmental stimulus. Students will connect the stimulus to the hypothalamus gland. From there, students will color pathways to either the anterior or posterior pituitary gland. Finally, students will connect the lobes of the pituitary gland to the correct target organ via color. This visual aid has also helped my students learn the role of the cascading hormones, along with the main hormones and the bodily functions controlled.
This PDF file will become editable upon conversion to Microsoft Word using Adobe Acrobat.
