Description
Straw Rockets are quick, simple and lots of fun for the students. This STEM activity takes about one hour to assemble and one hour for outside launching fun. This engineering activity can be used from grade 3 through 12. This lesson could also be used in March for Women's History Month as an activity to go along with the Sally Ride story. The headings include: Teacher Notes, Introduction, Materials, Procedure, Patterns, Pictures and Conclusion Questions.
