Description

I created these google slides to go along with Topic 4 from the 2nd Grade Envisions Textbook. These slides include a lot of great teaching materials to help your students learn the content standards that go along with Topic 4. I used these slides in my 2nd grade special education classroom. There are visual supports to help both the special education students and English language learners. Word problems are broken down into simpler language with key words easily stated.

This powerpoint consists of over 50 teaching slides.

The teaching slides include

-Daily Warm-ups

-Word problems

-Practice problems that work great for guided practice

-Modeled examples

Skills assessed:

-breaking 2 digit numbers into tens and ones

-breaking 3 digit numbers into hundreds, tens, and ones

-one and two step addition word problems.

-2 digit + 2 digit addition with and without regrouping

-academic vocabulary

-multiple choice answers (great for test prep)

-adding three, 2 digit numbers together

-adding four, 2 digit numbers together

-comparing numbers (greater than, less than, equal to)
