This Google Form is here to assist you in doing an organization check-in with students, which I call "Organization Mondays".
This Google Form walks them through processes they should be doing to prepare themselves for the week including:
- Tracking Assignments
- Priority List (for classes they are underperforming in)
- Checking School Email Account
- Organizing their Remote Learning Space
Designed for remote learning, this will also work in an in-person or hybrid setting.
You can share this through Google Classroom or your LMS to have students complete on a weekly basis. Use the data collected for executive functioning or transition (education) goals in the IEP.
Edit the Google Form to fit your expectations and routines.
