**Please read before downloading!!**
*Each Google form includes 10 math questions.
*CLICK HERE to download the FREE "Show Your Work" page template
*Each Google form is editable. After downloading the product, you will receive your own unique copy of the folder that includes ALL 12 Google Forms. This allows you to make any edits to the questions or settings that you'd like!
- I originally created these to use for the months of August/September, October, and December in my classroom, but really you can use them WHENEVER!
*The settings are currently set to collect student email addresses for each response (so you know who is submitting!)
*Settings also allow students to edit their responses. I do this so they can fix any mistakes as needed, but you may change that setting if you'd like!
So, how do I use this in the classroom?
*I assign the online homework at the beginning of the week (Monday), and it is due the following Monday.
*I assign the Google form on Google Classroom.
*I call it the "Homework Hustle" because... why not? :-)
*I print paper copies of the online forms each week for kids who prefer that, or who do not have access to a device at home.
*I tell students they need to show their work on paper to answer the online questions! (That's where the "show your work" page comes in -- see above to download!)
*I usually do some sort of incentive for students who thoroughly show their work on scrap paper.
