Description

Looking for a fun activity to review factoring? In this self-checking activity, students will factor twelve expressions and use their answers to color the New Year's picture. Students will need to factor the gcf, factor using difference of squares, factor when a = 1, and factor when a > 1. Three expressions require factoring more than once (i.e. factor the gcf and then difference of square).

After factoring each expression, students can match their answer to the bank to determine what color to use to complete the picture.
