Description

This product includes 12 graphing activities to use throughout the fall season. These activities are excellent for teaching and reinforcing graphing skills.

Here are some fall themes you can expect to see:

  • Back-to-School (apples, school supplies)
  • Fall/Autumn (pumpkins, leaves, acorns)
  • Halloween (costumes, trick-or-treating)
  • Thanksgiving (feast, pies)

Here are more details:

  • Each activity presents three categories of data in one of four different ways: a picture, a story, a vote, or a tally chart.
  • Each graph can accommodate up to 10 data points per category.
  • Students will be asked to answer questions about the total number of data points, how many in each category, and how many more or less are in one category than in another.
  • These activities were created to align with the Common Core Standards for Measurement and Data in first grade.

With 12 activities, we exercise our graphing skills once a week throughout September, October, and November!

PSSST! This product is also available in a bundle. You can get graphs for the whole year by clicking here. The link will take you to the Graphing through the Year bundle.
