  • Oil vs. solid fats
  • How to substitute fats in home cooking

For your convenience, I have included how many points each question is worth for easy grading! There are two versions of the worksheet, one version if you prefer to have your students complete the assignment electronically and one version if you prefer your students to handwrite this assignment.

I like to introduce this lesson before my Healthy Fat Recipe Hunt assignment and my Good vs Bad Fat project!
