This resource is a Faults and Folds Google Form Self-Grading Quiz with a 3 page study guide and a study guide key. The quiz and study guide cover:
Faults & Folds:
- Stress, Plate Tectonics, The Elastic Limit, Deformation, The Law of Original Horizontality, Brittle vs. Ductile
Fault Types:
- Normal Faults (Tension)
- Reverse Faults (Compression)
- Strike-Slip Faults (Shear)
Fold Types:
- Anticline Folds
- Syncline Folds
The study guide goes over all the topics students need to review to be successful on the test. If you need to teach this topic for the first time I have a lesson with notes linked below.
