Fidget Spinner Math!
Have students pair up.
Spin the spinner.
While the spinner is spinning, have students come up as many number sentences as they can that matches the answer on the page. For example, if the answer is 25, students come up with as many number sentences they can that has the answer 25 (30-5, 5x5, 20+5, etc.) *There is a blank template where you can write down the number of your choosing.
When the spinner stops, have students count how many correct number sentences they came up with.
The one with more correct number sentences is the winner!
No spinner available? Have students race against time! Use a timer app on an electronic device or a simple hourglass timer and have students race each other to see how many different number sentences they can think of.
You can laminate these papers and have students use dry erase markers to write down equivalent fractions.
You can put these in clear sleeves and use them over and over again!
