Thank you so much for the appreciation for my math study guides and math homework. Here comes another one for Grade 1 math / first grade math games and activities for FREE.

These are 4 colorful math puzzles and math activities that are apt for children in first grade.

Through these math ebooks / math worksheets, children will learn through math word problem and work on:-

Addition and subtraction word problem
Number recognition
Number sequencing - before and after
Number counting
Addition with 1 and 2 digit numbers
Addition without carry
Subtraction word problem
Subtraction with 1 and 2 digit numbers
Subtraction without borrow

About the Math worksheets
Ball shop - Some balls are missing from the rack of Balls. They can only be identified by the numbers on them.So help the Shopkeeper to find the missing ball by labeling the right numbers on them. Master Number sequencing (Missing Numbers,After and Before,Count up and down).

Sack race - These boys are participating in sack jump race. They are fighting to become the class Monitor. Help them by adding the total distance covered. The one who jumps longest will be the winner of champions trophy also. Master Addition of Two Numbers of 1 Digit and Addition of 2 Digit Number with a 1 Digit Number without carry.

Big Game - This may look simple but if you really want to win it, there is a lot of thinking to be done. Get your thinking caps on. Master Addition of 2 numbers of 2 digit with carry.

Elves on Stairs - Did you know that elves are Santa’s helpers? They help him make toys. These elves are standing on the roof and want to quickly come down. So they start jumping down the stairs. Can you find out where will they be after their jumps? Master Subtraction of 1 Digit Number from 2 Digit Number without borrow.

Soft Skills

- Be smart, think smart.
- Don't be afraid to face challenges.
