An interactive activity that they can use to work on the high-frequency words of the week in HMH in First Grade. It can be used as a general activity in the class, all at once, or it can be used as a center for language and reading for independent learning or group work.

By acquiring this resource, you will obtain the PDF file of each of the three weeks of the unit and access to the activity created in EASEL that you can share with your students through Google Classroom, or simply by sharing the WEB address. and It can also be easily uploaded to Seesaw or other similar interactive educational platforms using the provided PDFs. If so, you will need to insert movable letter tiles for the fourth of the activities included with your purchase.

In the activity, 8 to 18 first-grade HFW and deco-HFW per week from the HMH program are worked on, depending on the week you are on. Each module has 3 weeks and there are 12 modules in total, resulting in more than 450 words throughout the year.

Each word will be worked in 6 different ways:

1. Read the word, its sounds, and syllables.
2. Stroke of the letters that make up the word.
3. Search for the word among the 5 words of the week.
4. Arrange the tiles with letters to form the word.
5. Write one or two short sentences containing the word.
6. Counting the number of letters of the word.
