I used this in my public safety class and my students enjoyed it!
My students loved the lab; however, the items needed can be modified. I used the dropper bottles from Amazon, and it cut the cost and students ability of adding too much to the test sheet. Some students had issues of following the Blood Typing Cheat Sheet, but most mastered the lab with ease.
It was a little putzy to get set up, but when we got it going, the kids really enjoyed the interaction and application to our Cardiovascular unit.
This was the best activity to introduce my students to blood typing - they LOVED it and I even used it as an introduction to science in high school for a grade 8 day. Thank you so much!!
