Fun switch up from just a regular worksheet. Some students had a hard time with the maze part, but those are my students normally more challenged and they were able to get it after a couple expampes.

I have a lot of students going away on vacation and this is a great activity to send them home with when they're asking for work. I'm also planning on using this for students who are finished early, or just looking for something fun to do. The different worksheets are perfect for my honors and on level classes, and offer an enrichment piece for my students who need something to challenge them. Thanks!

I love these booklets. I have Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division and Fractions. My students really enjoy using them! I also really like that they have to use the compass rose/directions. Thank you!

Great resource - took me a little while to figure out but the picture on the front helped. You might want to include in the directions that you start at the star and go the cardinal directions in parentheses. After we got the hang of it, my students enjoyed figuring out the riddles, and it's great fraction practice! Hi - I'm not sure how to respond to your reply other than editing my initial response, but I guess I never saw any of the instructions you mentioned - I only used the picture on the front! Had I seen those instructions, it would have been fine. Anyway, I figured it out and like your product. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your feedback, Alyssa. I always want my resources to be as helpful as possible. I was wondering if you might be willing to explain more about the best way I can clarify the directions. Currently, the instructions say: 1. Answer each fraction problem. 2. In the grid, begin at the black star ( * ). Use the answer to problem 1 to tell you how many spaces to go in which direction (north, south, east, or west). Draw a line from the star. 3. Using the answer to problem 2, continue drawing the line from where it stopped with problem 1. (Your lines should always be on top of grid lines, not in the middle of the squares.) 4. Continue this process until you complete the line for the last problem. In your feedback, you suggest that I say to start at the star and go the cardinal directions in parentheses. But I already say both of those things in Step 2 above, so I'm struggling how to change things to make them clearer. Thanks for any help you can give me.
