Description

You will download 30 beginning fractions task cards for your 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and special education math students to practice and review identifying basic fractions with visual picture models. These introduction to fractions task cards align with Grade 3 Common Core math standards and will supplement your curriculum as an informal pre assessment, as an extra practice or review activity, or intervention work.

You may use them in your centers, task boxes, or independent work stations for a scavenger hunt activity or SCOOT game. They also work well as exit tickets, for morning work, bell ringers, early finishers, test prep, emergency sub plans, intervention work, and as quick formative assessments. Game ideas, a student response form, and answer key are included.
