This interactive reader will quickly become a great PART of your unit on fractions!
Students will learn all about fractions with this easy to read book. Picture support is included to help students understand big ideas. After they have read the book, there are three activities to complete.
1. Fraction Flip Flaps - Students will match fractional amounts (whole, one-half, one-third, one-quarter) to fraction pictures to create a flap page.
2. Fraction Match - Students will look at a shaded set and circle the matching fractional amount.
3. Students will shade their own shapes and write about the fractions they create.
